You need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a reliable internet connection (WiFi recommended). We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform — no special app required. You’ll receive a link to join your visit by email before your appointment. We recommend a quiet, private space with good lighting.
Yes. Licensed Livea providers can prescribe GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and other medications via telehealth when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically and can be shipped directly to your home or sent to a local pharmacy of your choice. Medications typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth produces outcomes equivalent to in-person care for medical weight loss.
